Bio: Phil is a Real Estate
Agent affiliated with Coldwell
Banker Hopps Realty Group. He has
been a real estate agent since 2001,
bringing buyers and sellers together
on homes ranging from waterfront
properties to first-time home buyers
to retirees looking to down-size.
He’s an expert on the SouthCoast
market, having lived in South
Dartmouth since 1984 and has been an
active member of the community.
Phil’s been a Fleet Captain for the
New Bedford Yacht Club, past
president of the Board of Trustees
for the Zeiterion Theatre, past
president for the Dartmouth YMCA, a
member of the Board of Directors for
the SouthCoast YMCA, a Big Brother
and currently an Educational
Surrogate Parent. He’s a member of
the Greater New Bedford Board of
Realtors, Massachusetts Association
of Realtors, SEMA and MLSPIN.
A graduate of the University of
Massachusetts, Phil was a sales and
marketing manager for Verizon prior
to his career in real estate. As a
